We do not have a fixed MOQ. Every machine is custom-designed and manufactured to your specific requirements, so we accept orders starting from a single unit. For consumables such as diamond loop wire, please contact us for quantity pricing.

Lead time depends on the machine type and customization level. Standard configurations typically take 3–6 months from order confirmation to delivery. Highly customized machines or new designs may require additional development time. We provide a detailed timeline at the quotation stage.

Yes. We provide after-sales service and technical support to all export customers. Our engineers can provide remote troubleshooting, on-site maintenance visits, and spare parts delivery worldwide. We have experience servicing machines in the USA, China, Malaysia, and Vietnam.

Our machines are designed for hard and brittle materials including monocrystalline and polycrystalline silicon, SiC (silicon carbide), sapphire, quartz (fused silica), AlN (aluminum nitride), alumina ceramic, graphite, optical glass, and rare earth permanent magnets (NdFeB, SmCo). Each machine is optimized for specific material characteristics.

Absolutely. Customization is our core strength. We design every machine based on your material type, workpiece geometry, required tolerances, and production volume. From the mechanical structure and spindle configuration to the CNC controller and coolant system — everything is tailored to your process.

Yes. We can perform cutting, grinding, or drilling tests on your material samples at our Changwon factory before you commit to a machine purchase. This allows us to validate process parameters and demonstrate achievable quality. Contact us to arrange a test.
