Over 20 years of independently developed diamond wire sawing

Saehan Nanotech has independently developed and manufactured precision diamond wire sawing machines for over 20 years. Our diamond wire sawing lineup includes single-wire and multi-wire systems, capable of cutting disks, rings, and other specialty shapes.

The series has been supplied to customers in the semiconductor, display, and rare-earth permanent magnet industries across Korea, China, Malaysia, Vietnam, and the United States. In response to the rapidly growing demand from the all-solid-state battery sector, Saehan Nanotech has now completed development of a model purpose-built for this emerging application.

Every machine has been designed and manufactured at our Changwon, Korea headquarters and factory since the company's founding in 2000, with after-sales service handled directly by our in-house team.
